Audiovisual translation

The course I am currently attending ends up with an internship. Each student has found one that corresponds to his/her ambitions and interests. Being interested by subtitling and dubbing, I chose to do mine in a well-renowed postproduction company. I will thus be correcting and translating scripts for La Marque Rose in Paris, from April to September 2010. This will give me the opportunity to learn the techniques and practices particular to this field of translation.

Although I already know how to create subtitles with the freeware Ayato, I am happy I will enrich that knowledge with full-time professionals of the postproduction industry.
