Technical writing and translation

One often hates instruction leaflets and papers because he struggled with too many of them. Who has never genuinely attempted to go through instructions to finally give up before the end? How many people have broken a brand new object before even being able to use it? How many screws have you kept, just in case you would find, in the end, where they were supposed to go?

I do not want you to hate these instructions. I want you and users to be able to use them efficiently. Concision and understanding are key notions. Having learned how to write a good set of instruction in French I would like to be granted an opportunity to help you and your users.

Less complaints and returns means saving time and money
